One person with one active project is $40/month. A team of four with two active projects is $130/month.
Paused projects are read-only and not billed.

Every heavier job has a listed price. You see the price before you run it, and that is the price you pay.

Chat is included because it runs on fast everyday models. Priced jobs cover structured work, deeper reasoning, research, document generation, and other heavier actions.
Prices are per job, not per model. The system picks the right model class for each job. When model costs drop, prices drop. Price increases are posted 30 days ahead.
Included Work
Each active project includes $10/month of work.
When that included amount is used, jobs continue at the listed prices. You can set a monthly spending limit per project.
Unused included work rolls over for up to two months.
Each project shows spend in dollars as jobs run.
Annual Billing And Work Packs
Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10. Work packs are available:

Connected Systems
Ask The W works on its own. You do not need external agents or tools to use it.
Writing is free.
External systems can send decisions, updates, and outcomes into the project record at no charge.
Reading is paid.
A connected read system costs $10/month per project. It receives a scoped activity stream: decisions, outcomes, signals, and changes as they happen.
If your team already works in Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub, or internal systems, those systems can connect to The W in two ways.
One connected read system means one external system with its own read access to one project, no matter how many people use that system. Your Cursor setup is one system; a separate internal bot is another.
Read connections are per project, rate-limited, logged, scoped, and revocable. There is no bulk export through connected read streams.
Questions
Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes. The trial is the full product for 30 days. Enterprise trials are separate. Please contact support.
Is chat really unlimited?
Yes. Unlimited everyday chat is included in the per-person price. Heavier structured jobs are priced separately.
What is an active project?
A project the system is monitoring and keeping current. Pausing a project makes it read-only and unbilled. Reactivating is immediate.
What happens when included work runs out?
Jobs continue at listed prices, or stop at the spending limit if you set one.
What counts as a connected read system?
One external system with its own read access to one project. Writing to The W never requires a paid connection.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Raw data you added or connected exports freely. The live analysis layer is part of the service, not an export.
