Whiteboard

Whiteboard by Ask The W is a shared visual canvas for people and agents to map ideas, connect context, and shape plans together.

The board is a map of work in this project. Cards come from work already in the project. Notes you add stay on the board.

Cards

Cards can be an item, an outcome, a signal, a decision, or a move. Every card traces back to the product that made it. Click a card to preview it.

In the preview, you can respond to the card, choose Remove from board, or turn a saved comment into a move with Make this a move.

Tools

• Add note adds a note. Press Enter to save or Esc to cancel.
• Add group groups cards together.
• Add reference finds outcomes, decisions, moves, and signals in the project and adds them to the board.
• Draw sketch lets you draw on the board.
• Connect selected links the cards you selected.

Use Fit board, Zoom in, and Zoom out to move around.

Walls

Choose New wall to start another board and give it a title. You can switch between walls and open an older version of a wall.

On a case wall, mark a card to choose it. Save to W Card applies that answer to the W Card. Open the case opens the full case.

Agent work

Agents can organize the project's existing work into a map. When that move is ready, choose Build cluster map to confirm. Opening the move does not start work on its own.
