World

World by Ask The W is external context for the team. It tracks markets, competitors, launches, and other outside changes that may affect the work. It has two areas: Competitive analysis and Questions.

Run the first analysis

The first time, choose Map my competition. It takes a few minutes and runs only after you confirm. The analysis finds competitors with verified sources, your position, pricing, and capability gaps, and recommended moves for your Way board.

Read the analysis

The analysis has these sections: Executive summary, Your position, Recommended moves, Competitors, Pricing, Capabilities, Market activity, Competitive positioning, and Sources.

Each competitor has a confidence of High, Medium, or Low, with the reason World can show from its sources.

In Sources, turn Alerts on for a page to hear when that page changes.

To ask about the analysis, choose Ask W about your position.

Refresh

Choose Refresh analysis to update the read. The update lands on the page when it is ready. If a run did not finish, choose Retry. History keeps earlier versions. Each refresh adds one.

Questions

Questions lists World's answers to questions about this project. Each answer shows a recommendation and its findings, grouped as Pros and Cons. Choose Add to Way to put an answer on the Way by Ask The W board as a next move, or Ask W about this answer to ask a follow-up question.
